Terms of service
These are the terms for website work from PixelStoop, a small studio run by Eli in Brooklyn, NY. We’ve kept them short and plain.
1. The free preview
The preview is free and comes with no obligation. If you don’t want it, you owe nothing and we won’t publish it.
2. Prices and payment
A one-page site is $149. A site of up to 5 pages is $299. Prices are agreed in writing before any work is billed. Payment is due only after you have approved the preview, and we send a simple invoice.
3. Monthly updates
Monthly updates are optional at $19 a month and cover small content changes such as hours, prices, menu items and photos. You can cancel at any time by email; there are no long-term contracts.
4. Your content and domain
Your business name, logo, photos and text stay yours. Your domain stays in your name. Once you have paid, the finished site is yours to keep, even if you stop working with us.
5. Photos
Where a design uses stock photos, they come from licensed stock libraries. We’ll swap in your own photos any time you send them.
6. Sample designs
The sample makeovers on this website are concept designs made to show our work. The businesses shown are examples, not clients.
